FDA FSMA 204 Final Rule

FDA released the FSMA 204 Final Rule establishing additional recordkeeping requirements for persons who manufacture, process, pack or hold foods the Agency has designated for inclusion on the Food Traceability List (FTL). This rule will be enforced on January 20, 2026.
